Neutrakon Professional

Your partner for
neutralisation
since 1986

Neutralisation of acidic condensates for boilers,
chimneys, CHP´s, motors, emergency generators.

Made in Germany – Delivered worldwide

Scalable

Our Professional Series SN offers neutralisations starting from two megawatt of heating capacity.

All systems are based on our 30-liter baskets, each holding 30 kg of granulate. This allows us to provide the perfect solution for every challenge.

Optimal neutralisation

Our Neutrakon granulate has been tested for decades and continuously improved.

Together with the flow-optimized baskets, it ensures reliable neutralization,
effectively protecting wastewater pipes from damage.

Made to last

We rely on high-quality stainless steel for all components that get into contact with the acidic concentrate.

This material is also highly temperature-resistant, which is essential for larger systems that can output some very hot condensate.

Our neutrakon basket system

Scalable to your needs

The heart of all our systems are the Neutra Baskets, designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility. Each basket holds 30 kg of granulate, ensuring a long-lasting and effective neutralization process. Depending on your specific requirements, we integrate the exact number of baskets needed, allowing us to precisely tailor our system to your operational demands. This modular approach ensures optimal performance, scalability, and reliability, no matter the size of your installation.

A solution that adapts to you – because one size doesn’t fit all.

Our SN-Series

SN 60

  • R2 Baskets
  • RUp to 7,5 MW

– Or max. flow rate 1000l/h

SN 90

  • R3 Baskets
  • RUp to 11 MW

– Or max. flow rate 1500l/h

SN 120

  • R4 Baskets
  • RUp to 15 MW

– Or max. flow rate 2000l/h

What if I need more than 15 Megawatt?

The SN Series is perfect for these types of applications. For example, if you have 24 MW of heating capacity, we can simply run an SN 120 and an SN 90 in parallel to meet your requirements.

Also, thanks to its 2 inlets, you can connect more than one system to the neutralisation.
Let’s schedule an online meeting or a call to discuss your specific needs and answer any questions you may have!

How to Maintain the SN Series?

Maintenance is incredibly simple. First, test the pH value of the condensate at the outlet using a standard pH test strip. If granulate replacement is necessary, start by removing the lid. Prepare a bucket and locate the drain valve at the lowest point of the neutralization system. Position the bucket under the valve and open it, allowing any remaining condensate to drain completely.

Next, remove the individual Neutra Baskets and empty the used granulate into the bucket. Refill the baskets with fresh granulate and place them back into the system. Close the lid, and the system is ready to operate again.

It’s that easy – that’s Neutrakon simplicity!

Does the SN Series Require a Power Connection?

No, our SN Series is designed to operate purely by gravity, eliminating the need for power or failure-prone electronics.

Questions you may have

FAQ

Are there other neutralization sizes and products from this manufacturer?

Of course… Please visit us under Mommertz.de or neutrakon.eu for access to the full product portfolio.

Why is stainless steel the best choice for your systems?

Unlike plastics, which degrade at around 50-60°C, stainless steel withstands higher temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. This guarantees longevity and operational safety.

How does your neutralization process differ from competitors?

Our NeutraBaskets, precise perforation design, and dedicated granulate provide superior flow control, effectiveness, and longevity compared to conventional systems.

What is the typical maintenance procedure for your neutralization systems?

Measure pH levels
Perform a visual inspection
Drain the system via the maintenance valve
Remove and replace the granulate
Clean the system if needed
Check inlet and outlet for debris
Reinsert NeutraBaskets and restart the system
No disassembly or disconnection is required, and the system can keep running during the process.

Can your system be integrated into existing installations?

Yes, our solutions are designed for easy retrofitting into existing infrastructures without significant modifications.

How do your systems prevent clogging and overflow?

Our NeutraBaskets and specially designed perforations optimize condensate flow, increasing efficiency and longevity while also preventing blockages and overflow with a built-in bypass system.

Why do you avoid electronic control systems in your neutralization units?

We consciously avoid electronic components prone to faults and recalibration needs. Our design ensures reliability and ease of use without unnecessary complexity.

What is the expected lifespan of your neutralization systems?

With proper maintenance, our stainless steel units can last decades, significantly outlasting many alternative solutions on the market.

How long does maintenance take on average?

Routine maintenance typically takes between 30 and 45 minutes. The process is straightforward, and thanks to the NeutraBaskets, granulate replacement and system inspection are quick and efficient.
